Wawa Layda, a Certified Public Accountant, and a Certified Professional Banker is an Auditor, Tax Consultant, Banker, Trainer, and Business consultant with more than ten years of professional experience.

He is registered by the National Board of Accountants and Auditors as an Associate Certified Public Accountant in public practice, and approved by the Tanzania Revenue Authority as a practitioner in Taxation.

Academically he is a holder of Masters of Business Administration (Finance); and Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting).

In the past ten years he has been working with both professional firms and academic institutions, performing various assignments, including:  Auditing,  Accounting, Taxation, Training, and Business Consultancy.

During his career in Tanzania he has served as a Managing Partner of professional firms, Member of Governing Boards; and member of    technical committees.
